Fruits and vegetables are often the first thing when we talk about the sources of protein. In general, the protein content in fruits is low as compared to vegetables but you can add them in your diet to give a little boost in your protein intake.
They are following :
1. Guava:
It is the highest protein rich fruit which gives you almost 2.6 grams of protein per 100 grams. Most of the people avoid consuming the seeds contained in it. You can consume seeds also with outer layer.
2. Avocado
You may also familiar with the health benefits of avocado. It contains around 2 grams of protein per 100 grams. Avocado is also rich in fiber and potassium.
3. Jackfruit
Jackfruit is also another protein rich fruit. In India, most of the northern states people may not know this fruit. You should try it at least once. It is giving 1.9 grams of protein per 100 grams.

Apricot is also a great source of protein. You can take almost 1.4 grams of protein per 100 grams. You can easily add it in your salad or use it as a snacks.

- Kiwi is also high in protein with potassium. It has a stubbly skin but you will not face any difficulty in eating this. Kiwi will give you around 1.1 grams of protein per 100 grams.

- Green peas is a good option to add in may dishes. It provides almost 8.58 grams of protein per cup.
- 9. Brocolli:
- Brocolli is one of the healthy vegetable known. It looks like cauliflower but green in colour. Brocolli has 4.8 grams of protein in 1 piece medium size of flower.
