1.  At first thing  you need to do to keep your  body healthy is to go to bed before eleven o'clock at night . And  you have to wake up  at six in  the morning . A physiologist said - " Suryadev does not see you asleep. You will see the sun god rise .


2. You   should   rest  for half an  hour  after lunch . It is not  advisable to go to bed  immediately after dinner .  One way to do  this  is to rest a little  after lunch and travel a mile  after dinner . There are different  types of food , etc .

3. Keep drinking water clean at all times  It  must be checked before eating . That tap water should not be consumed in the city . People  who live  near or near the  river often boil the river water for  a long  time and filter it with  alum . The mouth of the  jug containing the water should  be kept covered at all times.


4. The house you live in, as if there is a lot air . Light  airless house is unhealthy .Light and air are always essential for  human life .

5.  Do not live in damp or unhealthy  rooms . It can cause various diseases.

 6. Never over eat . You  have  to eat  with a little hunger  in your stomach. It is  not good to eat too little , it makes the body weak.  You don't have to  work more than 7/8 hours every day .

 7. You have to sleep 8/9 hours every day . sleep is an essential element for the body .

8. You have to keep your mind light at all times .Never get upset . Don't stay . It is ,harmful to the body .Everyday leisure time playing  sports , singing talking or something like that should be done with friends.


9. Always use clean clothes , grains ,etc. Dirty clothing - wearing clothes is very bad for 
 health.
